How Scoring Works

Understanding the Fitness Index

โ–ผ

๐ŸŽฏ The Golden Rule: 1,200 Points

The system is calibrated so that an "Elite" performance equals 1,200 points. This makes every test comparable.

  • Deadlift 2.0x Bodyweight= 1,200 pts
  • Box Squat 2.0x Bodyweight= 1,200 pts
  • Run 5k in 18:00= ~1,220 pts
  • Row 1k in 3:00= 1,200 pts

โš–๏ธ Fair Play (Age & Weight)

Weight: Strength tests are scored by ratio (Weight lifted รท Bodyweight). Lighter athletes aren't penalized for lifting less absolute weight.
Age: We apply a "Fair Fight" multiplier. A 50-year-old gets a small bonus (~10-15%) to compete fairly against a 30-year-old.

๐Ÿ“Š The Fitness Index

Your Fitness Index is simply your Average Score across all events.
Consistency is key. You can't just be a runner or just a lifter. To get a high Index, you must be balanced.
